Many recruitment agencies are motivated by short term commissions which unfortunately means a high churn of candidates. In the long run, that doesn’t work out for the client or the candidate. We are not salespeople or pushy consultants. We value long term relationships and thrive on word of mouth recommendations. We know what our clients need, and we won’t place the wrong candidate with them. Likewise, we don’t place candidates where we know they won’t be happy.
